Individual Counseling and Psychotherapy
Individual counseling is a personal opportunity to receive support and experience growth during challenging times in life. Individual counseling can help one deal with many personal topics in life such as anger, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marriage and relationship challenges, parenting problems, school difficulties, career changes, etc.
Couples and Family Therapy
Marriage and Family Therapy addresses the behaviors of all family members and the way these behaviors affect not only individual family members, but also relationships between family members and the family unit as a whole. As such, treatment is usually divided between time spent on individual therapy and time spent on couple therapy, family therapy, or both, if necessary.
Psychopharmacological Evaluation
When medication is a treatment option being considered a psychopharmacological evaluation is often necessary. Typically, a patient is seen by a psychologist or other licensed mental health provider and is receiving some form of psychotherapy before being referred for a medication evaluation
