HEATHER SLACK, PMHNP-BC
PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Heather Slack is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her practice focuses on medication management services for clients over the age of 12 dealing with anxiety, behavioral issues, mood disorders and ADHA.
She graduated from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2015 with a master’s degree in psychiatric mental health nursing across the lifespan. Heather aims to work with each member of a client’s treatment team for optimal outcome.
HARRY J. SOMERS, ED.D
Harry Somers has been practicing since 1992. Dr. Somers specialties include providing cognitive/behavioral therapy for adolescents and adults who have problems with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, stress and relationships. He works with couples and families in areas of conflict resolution and behavioral problems.
LONNIE S. STOWE, ED.D.
Lonnie Stowe is a licensed clinical psychologist and has been in practice at Somers Psychological Associates since 1980. Her specialties include but are not limited to; women’s issues, relational issues, trauma, and mood disorder.
Dr. Stowe has a C.A.G.S. in Family Systems Therapy and her Doctorate in Psychology from Northeastern University. She completed a post-graduate certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies and is level II certified in EMDR. She works with adults, adolescents, and children in individual and family counseling.. In addition, she works with the elderly and their families and with children needing special education services and their family.
JAMES CONWAY, PSY.D
James Conway is a licensed psychologist specializing in integrative and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Dr. Conway works primarily with adolescents and adults in areas involving childhood trauma, disorders of character, mood and anxiety disorders, and attachment-relationship issues.
Dr. Conway is a graduate of Northwestern University and the William James College. He works primarily with adolescents and adults in areas involving childhood trauma, disorders of character, mood and anxiety disorders, and attachment-relationship issues. Dr. Conway has a certificate in forensic psychology and will often work with clients involved in the court system. His practice is not limited to these areas however, and he also has experience with phobias, and anger management. In addition to these experienced areas Dr. Conway also teaches behavioral modification at Salem State University.
ELIZABETH DEAN-DIAMOND, PSY.D., LMHC
Elizabeth Dean-Diamond earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is a licensed mental health counselor. She is a graduate of Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology / William James College.
Dr. Dean-Diamond provides counseling for adults of all ages, including seniors and their families. She has expertise helping young adults and all older individuals needing guidance to better manage life’s many challenges. She specializes in helping individuals with their concerns including stress-anxiety / difficulty related to mood changes / procrastination / ADHD / personal losses / grieving / conflict in relationships. She provides Acceptance and Strength based therapies and CBT, as well as other individualized interventions.
