HEATHER SLACK, PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER

Heather Slack is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.  She graduated from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2015 with a master's degree in psychiatric mental health nursing across the lifespan. 

Her practice focuses on medication management services for clients over the age of 12 dealing with anxiety, behavioral issues, mood disorders and ADHA.  Heather aims to work with each member of a client's treatment team for optimal outcome.
